We provide flexible local support for organisations currently without an EAP structure in place which can result in improved Employee Productivity & Wellbeing.
This service provides bespoke Employee Assistance Resource programmes and Occupational Health and integrated work-life services to employees and employers in Hertfordshire and North London.
Our combination of services offered includes full medical assessment analysis, and diagnostics, counseling, and human potential coaching. Employers will be able to meet budget constraints by advanced knowledge of all costs at the outset.
Our tailored counseling and coaching is offered in line with our client’s specific individual needs and circumstances. These scenarios could include:
Workplace issues e.g. failing performance, stress and bullying/harassment.
Stress management programmes following exposure to traumatic events,e.g. accidents and assaults.
Personal problems e.g. relationship breakdowns and bereavement.
Total package price is £360.00 to include four counseling sessions addressing the individuals needs and requirements and a report from our clerical director at the conclusion of the treatments. Some patients benefit from an initial medical assessment for which there is an additional fee of £160
Additional services are available on request, such as NLP, CBT, and Clinical Hypnotherapy, Life and Business Coaching.
