Stress Management
This seminar is aimed at staff and individuals who are exposed to time constraints, strict deadlines, sales targets and roles that are susceptible to stress.

- What is stress?
- Recognising symptoms of stress
- How to tackle the causes of workplace stress
- How does stress effect us, physically and mentally
- How does stress impact on our every day lives
- How we can overcome and beat it
- How to create a healthier working environment
At the end of the course each individual shall have their own devised Action Plan to take home and practise.
The seminar will last 2 hours (with half an hour for questions from the floor), although it can be tailor made to suit your individual requirements. This seminar is suitable for groups although a version is available for one to one learning.
