Our Woodlands training centre is set in the peace and tranquility of the Hertfordshire countryside. We are situated in 6 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, fruit trees and wildlife with the nearest village (Gosmore) and town (Hitchin) within walking distance.

Our centre is extremely accessible with transport links with Luton airport (ten minutes by taxi) and by National Express Coach or First Capital Connect train from London (thirty minutes). There are a variety of recommended friendly hotels and guesthouses on your doorstep. From junction 8 of the A1 it is within easy access to Cambridge, Luton, Bedford, St Albans, Milton Keynes and Stevenage.

You can enjoy home cooked food and alfresco dining at our Training academy in Gosmore and if you have the energy a game of tennis during your lunch hour.

Our tailor-made programs include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP Coaching & Counselling. We specialise in mental health, anxiety and depression, panic attacks, stress management, insomnia, Weight loss, addictions, occupational health and fears and phobias. Our training courses are run from our training centre in Gosmore near Hitchin Hertfordshire. We offer full nlp practitioner level training in clinical hypnotherapy and nlp coaching and counselling. We also offer masters and trainers training in nlp and clinical hypnosis.
